We had a shipment that was supposed to be in CAE this AM for a delivery tomorrow, and ended up in CLT instead. Elaine has informed me that your CAE office, specifically Brian Dolder, has been phenomenal in their response to helping us solve this, and have done everything possible to make this right, even though it was no fault of theirs or Special Services. Their willingness to pitch in, assist in problem solving, and work with us on Plan B was a bright spot in a tough Friday morning. She came to me as soon as I came in to tell me what a wonderful experience it has been to work with them and asked me to pass on her thanks.
I was thrilled to be able to start my Friday morning on a positive note, and wanted to spread the good news. We truly appreciate having a partner so willing and able to help. Please accept our gratitude, and pass it on to your staff in CAE.  Have a wonderful day and thanks!

This past Sunday night your driver Joseph Pendergraf  picked up a shipment in Greensboro and delivered it to NYC and then retrieved that same fright and delivered it to Raleigh. This is a high profile customer, Disney on Ice, that insists on the highest level of service and timely, seamless freight transactions... I would be remiss to not bring to your attention the terrific level of professionalism and service that Joseph rendered in this very important operation. He was on time at all locations and supervised the shipment in such a manner that I was totally at ease with his work ethic....he responded promptly to all phone calls and was courteous and polite.
I feel Joseph should be commended for his work and his "get it done” attitude. He is truly an asset to your fine company.

I have been working with Anthony Toledo on a large project for Disney Orlando. It is project cargo over an 8 week period and continues to be active.

My project business is hugely complicated with multiple component, service levels, and deadlines. It is very difficult to navigate under the best of circumstances. Add Mickey Mouse to this component and it has been utter chaos.  One of my most challenging build outs ever.

Anthony has been detail oriented, flexible, calm (I need that :}) and a true PARTNER in managing this project. I can confirm that I have been utterly unreasonable and he has been un-phased. He has gone WELL over his obligation as a service provider and became an extension of me and my team.

You are truly blessed to have Anthony on your team.  I have reached out to my VP of Quality Control to advise him of same.

I had a pickup that needed to happen on 10/5.  The agent that did the delivery and was holding the crate was completely booked.  I reached out to Special Service.  He listened attentively to my requirements and then went above and beyond to acquire the crate and make the pickup happen at the required date/time.  The Station answered all my emails and made sure I got my pod hard copies and charges. (There was a holdup in Crown and they contacted whom they needed so I could have my paperwork.)
It has been a pleasure to work with Special Service and I will definitely use them again.

Hi Steve! I’ve been meaning to send this but have been back logged. On Labor Day weekend I had a super-hot shipment that was coming into RDU.  Your RDU office did a phenomenal job. This shipment was a medical shipment delivering directly to the hospital where they were holding a patient for surgery while waiting for it to come in. The driver was waiting to pick it up at the airport, took it immediately there. Brian @ RDU worked with me non-stop to get it set up and keep me up to date. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Pleasant, professional, and even worried about the patient who was waiting on the freight! Big GIANT KUDOS to your Raleigh office!!!

--- If I must add a further comment from myself, the driver called here around 4:45 and notified me that he was running behind w/ the delivery however he should be there no later than 5:15. He was also very friendly with me and was able to provide the tracking information right away (which most people don’t have it ready when I need it). He also called me right back when he was complete with the order and still very proper, presentable and nice.

Steve, Charles, I have not talked to you gentlemen in a while, but wanted to touch base with you about your Tampa and Miami teams.
We sent close to 100 shipments through their terminals this past weekend (not including the 50 or so we sent them the previous week) for expedited deliveries that had to be made over the weekend.  They got almost every one delivered on Saturday as requested and handled them professionally at all times.

Even Terry in your Atlanta terminal helped me a few times on Saturday when I could not get through to an on call person in TPA and MIA.

I wish the other agents I use across the country were as good as Special Service Freight.  Please let me know if there is anything we here at EFW may be of assistance with.
