New Year's Evening/Day - Stations will close after normalbusiness Fri Dec 29^th and reopen again as normal on Tues Jan 2^nd.
Please confirm any expected pick-ups or deliveries over this period beforethe start of the holidays with the appropriate Station – particularly if youhave made special holiday/out-of-hours arrangements to move freight during theclosed periods.

Thanksgiving Line haulschedule – The Line haul will run overnight on Wed Nov 22^nd withfreight available at destinations on Fri Nov 24^th, and then again asnormal on Sunday Nov 26^th with freight availability at the localStations on Monday morning Nov 27^th.
The Line Haul will not run between Stations after Wed 22^nd untilSunday Nov 26^th. 
Thanksgiving Local Stations schedule - Stations will operate normallyWednesday 22^nd and be closed on Thursday 23^rd. 
Friday 24^th:  We will only run 'skeleton staff/drivers'at all locations, and most Stations will shut early expecting that manyconsignees will not be accepting freight as they will also beclosed.  
Please confirm any expected pick-ups or deliveries for Friday before thestart of Thanksgiving with the appropriate Station.

Finally transitioning into our new-build 84,000 sq. ft. facility at 933 Ellis Rd, Ste 150, Durham, NC 27703 (RDU) as of next Monday, the 16th Oct . Quality space in the area is very limited and getting more expensive by the day. Special Service will NOT be responsible for any Wait Time charges Fedex or UPS raise when picking up or delivering to our docks.  We cannot drop everything just to attend to their arrival and departure, they will be attended to as quickly as circumstances allow.  If you wish to make an appointment for Fedex or UPS with a particular Station then please do so.  Our charge to you for this will be $100 if you require a 15 minute window for load/unload, $75 for a 30 minute window or $50 if an hour window is allowed.
